Accommodations for Guests with Disabilities
There are 10 rooms at the resort which are specially adapted for guests with disabilities. These rooms are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
Babysitting is available at the hotel and can be arranged through the Concierge.
Bellmen are located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
The Concierge is available from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. daily in the Main Lobby of the hotel. The Concierge is available for assistance with dinner reservations, event tickets, tours and directions to sites in and around Northern California; or any other request that will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable visit.
There is a large wood-burning fireplace located in the hotel lobby and several of the suites also have working fireplaces. Please refer to the room descriptions under Accommodations for more detail.
The hotel has three shopping options for guests located on the property:
• Big 3 is a market that offers supplies for a gourmet picnic, logo wear, sundries and unique wine country gifts.
• The Spa Boutique offers a range of skin care products, resort attire and unique gifts.
• The Golf Pro Shop offers a variety of men's and women's golf attire and accessories.
The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the best possible comfort to all our guests.

As part of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Green Partnership Program the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is pleased to offer discounted Self Parking and Valet Parking to all Alternative Fuel & Hybrid Vehicles.
Pets are welcome at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa.
Please contact the hotel directly and ask for the Guest Service Supervisor, at 707 939 2467 to make the necessary arrangements for your pet.
Any pet at the resort must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the guest room. Pets are not permitted in the Food & Beverage outlets and are not permitted in the Pool due to health regulations.
No more than two animals per guestroom and a daily pet fee of $25 per room, per night will apply.
Service animals are always welcome and exempt from the daily charge and the restrictions regarding the Food & Beverage outlets and Pool regulations.
The Housekeeping Department will have beds, bowls, food (treats) and toys for dogs and cats, and these will be placed in the guest room prior to arrival.

An in-room safe is available in all of our guest rooms for your convenience.
The main swimming pool is open seasonally during the warm weather months. Our spa pools are open year round for guests 18 years and older. For guests wishing to swim laps or take children swimming during the winter months, please visit the Front Desk to obtain a complimentary pass to our local Aqua Caliente Aquatic Center.
